DCRA Vendor Rules & Guidelines

To keep Davao Circuit vendor areas organized, safe, and comfortable for everyone, all participating vendors must follow these guidelines.

Vendor Rate

3,500 per day

Includes

  • 10 ft × 10 ft tent rental
  • Designated vendor space
  • Access to limited electricity, subject to DCRA approval

Electricity Guidelines

Electricity is intended for minimal and essential use only.

  • Vendors are encouraged to use low-power equipment whenever possible.
  • For coffee vendors, machines/equipment should preferably have a minimum operating requirement of around 300 watts or use similarly low-power equipment.
  • High-wattage coffee machines, heaters, induction cookers, electric stoves, and other heavy electrical equipment must be declared and approved by DCRA before the event.
  • Vendors must provide DCRA with the wattage of all electrical equipment they intend to use.
  • DCRA may limit the number of appliances connected at the same time to prevent electrical overload.
  • Bringing additional high-power equipment without prior approval is not allowed.

Coffee & Beverage Vendors

To minimize electricity consumption, coffee vendors are encouraged to prioritize:

  • Cold brew
  • Pre-brewed or pre-prepared coffee
  • Ready-to-serve beverages
  • Hot coffee prepared in advance and stored using insulated containers
  • Low-power brewing equipment when preparation must be done on-site

Whenever possible, vendors should prepare hot products beforehand rather than continuously operating high-wattage equipment at the circuit.

General Vendor Rules

  • Vendors must remain within their assigned 10 × 10 ft space.
  • Keep the booth and surrounding area clean and organized at all times.
  • Vendors are responsible for proper waste disposal.
  • Extension cords and electrical connections must be safe and properly secured.
  • Do not block walkways, paddock access, emergency routes, or neighboring booths.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own products, equipment, cash, and personal belongings.
  • Any additional setup, equipment, or special electrical requirement must be coordinated with DCRA in advance.
  • DCRA reserves the right to stop the use of any equipment that may cause an electrical overload or safety concern.

Please help us keep electricity usage minimal.

Thank you for helping DCRA maintain a safe, organized, and vendor-friendly environment.
